Arena Fitness Center

At AFC, we recognize that exercise is only one part of the equation when it comes to improving your energy levels, strength, health and performance for the long run. If you’ve ever tried getting fit before you know that it also takes having the right mindset needed to guide a wholesome nutrition plan with plenty of rest or you risk yo-yoing back to where you started. Our personalized services offer the lifestyle strategies you need to keep you on track and create the positive change you seek. We offer no magic pills nor shortcuts! Rather, when you come consistently to workout in our supportive and highly motivating environment, we meet you where you’re at to help you develop the mental discipline and toughness necessary to put one foot in front of the other, overcome old habits and become the best version of you!

LIFT (Lifelong Intense Functional Training)

Our small group, total body, circuit style class that will help you get stronger, melt fat and re-energize your mind and body. This workout will challenge your every fiber while helping you to develop the mental toughness you need to keep going in life and accomplish anything you put your mind to. Join the group, get the support you need and make this workout a priority. You’ll be glad you did!

Open Gym

Gain access to our 4000 sq. ft, fully stocked, strength and conditioning fitness facility including cardio, weights, squat racks and more for the casual to avid gym goer.

  • Open Monday through Thursday between 4-8 pm & Fridays 4-7 pm (times are subject to change; please call the Arena for updated info)

  • Monitored by a strength coach
  • Must be at least 14 years old

  • Waiver required
  • Arena Membership not required to join

  • Open Gym monthly membership included when you have an Arena Membership or purchase a monthly LIFT package

One-on-One and Partner Private Training

Need more individualized attention to get the most out of your workouts? Training individually or with a friend allows us to customize the exercises and environment to your needs and abilities. Also, you have greater flexibility to set a schedule that’s convenient for you. “The Plan” Assessment
