At AFC, we recognize that exercise is only one part of the equation when it comes to improving your energy levels, strength, health and performance for the long run. LIFT (Lifelong Intense Functional Training)

Our small group, total body, circuit style class that will help you get stronger, melt fat and re-energize your mind and body. This workout will challenge your every fiber while helping you to develop the mental toughness you need to keep going in life and accomplish anything you put your mind to. Join the group, get the support you need and make this workout a priority. You’ll be glad you did!

Open Gym

Come and work out in our 4000 sqf fitness facility.  When your child is at practice or join in for a quick warmup before your adult league game.

  • Open Monday through Thursday between 5-8 pm

  • Monitored by a strength coach
  • Must be at least 14 years old

  • Waiver required
  • Arena Membership not required to join
  • Open gym monthly membership included when you purchase a monthly unlimited LIFT package

One-on-One and Partner Private Training

Need more individualized attention to get the most out of your workouts? Training individually or with a friend allows us to customize the exercises and environment to your needs and abilities. Also, you have greater flexibility to set a schedule that’s convenient for you.
