Arena Fitness Center’s Youth Sports Performance is a fitness training program for ALL athletes ages 7-18 to take their physical and mental game to the next level. Head Strength Coach:
Matt Holguin, BS in Kinesiology, CSCS
Across the board, soccer players at every level are using strength and conditioning and speed and agility training to separate themselves from the pack. Our head strength coach, Matt Holguin, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is qualified to help individuals and teams to not only get stronger, faster and more conditioned but develop the discipline and mental toughness necessary to endure and outlast any rival or competitor. He has spent 10+ years getting results for high-level soccer athletes from high school, Club and Academy to D1, MASL, USL and MLS and currently trains the Ontario Fury.
