Please note that your party is NOT booked until your deposit has been collected. Deposit can be collected in person or over the phone. Once your inquiry has been submitted, the party coordinator will contact you to confirm details and collect payment.

All parties require a $75 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. This deposit will go towards your party package total and is used to secure your date and time. If you need to move your party, you must give us seven days notice. If you do not give us that much notice, you will lose your deposit. If you need to cancel your party entirely, you will not receive your money back, however, we can credit your account and you may use those funds towards other activities we offer here at The Arena, such as our soccer leagues, but you may not use the funds at The Arena Pub & Grill. 

The remaining party package balance will need to be paid immediately once the party and event coordinator calls to finalize your party details over the phone. Normally the party and event coordinator will call at least a week in advance from the party date scheduled.

Once your party is booked, you will receive a “Welcome and Online Order Form” from our party coordinator explaining what is included in your party and what to expect the day of, and the order form for the food you will need. This email details important information and it is very important that you look out for it.

Parties that are booked within 7 days of the desired date need to be paid in full at the time of booking. 

Since every party package comes with a host, we ask that you please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to your party. The host will be responsible for setting up any decorations that come with your package, as well as making sure the food you ordered is being prepared. The night before the party or the day of, you are welcome to drop off any decorations that you would like the host to display. Host tip is not included in party packages.

We do not limit the number of guests you may bring, however, parties with over 60 guests (including children) are required to have an additional host, which is $30. 

After your allotted party time, the party area must be cleaned up and will be open to the public for seating. You and your guests are welcome to stay, however, if there is another party that we need to set up for, we will kindly ask you and your guests to move your party to another open space.
